Sound Healing in the Gardens

Sound Healing in the Gardens

Experience deep relaxation and renewal through a restorative sound healing workshop at Goodell Gardens & Homestead. Led by Allison Samol with Stillness Studio, these custom wellness experiences are designed to bring clarity, calm, and focus through soothing sounds and mindful stillness in the beauty of the gardens.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or chair—whatever helps you feel most comfortable and relaxed.

This event is rain or shine.  In the case of rain this event will be held in our vintage Victorian events barn.

Members: $12/session
Non-members: $15/session
